we stayed here previously - http://www.dowardpark.co.uk/

well located and has the advantage that there is good pubs down by the River that you can walk to which are approx 20mins away.

If you can get in, the Saracen's Head is awesome.

Even if you can't in to stay, go and eat/drink there!

There is another small site down by the river, just upstream from the Saracen's head pub. You'll do well to find space anywhere this weekend if the weather is good.
Symonds Yat was rammed two weeks ago.

Stayed at the FC Bracelands campsite and walked to the Saracen's Head boozer in the evening (4 mile round trip). Great pub but food is expensive, good, but expensive. Decent ale range also, if the Wye HPA is on then try that. Bracelands is huge, you'd get in there last minute I reckon.

+1 bracelands - easy walk, ride to Symonds Yat.

Blackberry picking there is the best.

What he ^^^ said with regards to Doward Park or Saracen's Head ๐Ÿ™ You may get in at Bracelands though, it's a big site.

There's another lesser known little site not far away at Marstow which may have space.
