Can you be more specific in what areas you were looking in North Wales? Having been to cyB this weekend I can tell you Bangor A&E is good if you need iT!

top campsite by the lake, allows fires and kayaking for something else to do. round the corner from snowdon.

Gutted for you!! We are here at the moment yes, back home tomorrow. Rode the mbr trail today, we very enthusiastically attempted the beast but soon changed our minds - not been out on the bikes properly in a fair while so have lost both my mojo and my bike fitness!! MBR was fun though. Hope surgery is not needed for mr mc, you really need to wrap the guy in cotton wool! Didn't he end up in hospital last time you went to the alps?

Nice one if Betwys-Y-Coed, past ultimate outdoors out of town about 1/3rd of a mile. Nothing special though.

Ha ha Emma you have a good memory! 2009 he ended up in Thonon-les-Bains having his knee screwed back together, 2007 Morzine he ended up on crutches in the chalet with torn tendons and ligaments in his ankle! Find out Friday if he needs surgery, lucky I have the day off work to go to Bristol Bike Fest ready for the 12 hour on Sat (as a pair!)

2013 we aren't cycling anywhere! I will wrap him in bubble wrap. I the weather better up there now? booooo very jealous ๐Ÿ™ was going out on the bike tomorow now back home but just seen weather forecast so will have to do with some hideous speed session in the pool instead and cane myself in a different way!

Weather didn't get much better, has poured down so far this morning although yesterday it pretty much missed us while we were riding then brightened in the afternoon. Classic bank holiday weather!!! Tis lovely round here though, we spent a whole week mooching around two years ago along with riding cyb Marin and some non trail stuff. Def worth a revisit if you can ever trust you husband not to break anything!!
