Yeah, I stayed there, a few years ago mind, while I looked for a place to live in Lincoln.
It's miles from anywhere, but there's a pretty decent pub right there, and the White Swan in Dunham is a great pub, CAMRA, and really good food too.
It's about a 25 min drive to Lincoln.
