The summer timetables aren't released yet, and it's hard to see last summer timetable.
Is there likely to be a Castlebay - Oban Saturday service?
Currently the winter timetable has a service 6 days a week - but not Saturday. We're staying on Barra I hope for the last night, so am early start isn't a problem.

Time to just gamble and book - seems half the Hebrides accomodation is booked and I need to just get some sorted before I can book the ferry...
I guess it depends whether the winter timetable was reduced due to having fewer passengers or fewer ships …
But is it possible to book when the timetable hasn't been decided?
No, I've got to wait to book Calmac until the Summer 2023 timetable is released in 10 days or so.
But I've looked at accomodation and it's filling up fast. So I'm booking that ahead of the ferry - which I can book the day the timetable is published.
