Does anyone have a handle on the new planning laws? I believe there is now an assumption to look favourably on an application and there is something about 'sustainability' ........ I'm wondering if anything actually has changed - or wether it's business as usual?
I'm looking for a change of use from a holiday home to residential.
Any thoughts appreciated!

I think you should talk to the planning department in the area where the property is.

I plan to do that - but I'd like to be genned up on the new planning laws first - so I know what I'm talking about 😀
