Cake tin hired (50p a go) from cakerist dealer. Many shapes available.

A hotel recently left a cake in my room on my birthday. All I can say is, that you cannot make a carrot cake simply by looking at a picture of a carrot cake. Lovely gesture, horrible taste!
Hmm, no photos of my cakes.
Just finsished the boiled fruit cake so can't even post a pic of a slice.
Something apricot based planned for tomorrow.
