I disagree. disregarding the awful (ancient) concept of the show itself, this country has oodles of talent, particularly acting & musical talent. just walk into any bar in any town, any night where there's live music, comedy or theatre on show. it might not always be original, but there's definitely talent out there

i'll agree about the public transport though, outside of London, Newcastle, Liverpool, Sheffield. Can't speak for Scotland
