On my flexible benefits I can take a Bupa assessment - anyone done one with them?

LOL! Been on the phone already and strangely enough they wouldn't say.
They do a fitness test which carries out various Cardio-respiratory tests during exercise - Thinking about doing one this year and then perhaps in 3-5yrs time. Thinking of it as an insurance policy in my health.
