Do you all pay in advance for your phoneline and broadband? My wife went back to BT and pays quarterly and the advance charges are about £120 Is that the norm?

Your wife is funny! nobody goes BACK to BT!!
on a serious note - Thats outrageous! I pay approx £15 pm for basic BT phoneline and O2 8Mb Broadband!
