Apparently . . . . Body Stress Release is a health profession concerned with unlocking the tensions stored
in physical structures, thereby assisting the body in restoring its maximum efficiency . . .

I'm trying to find out more, as i'd quite like to have a session. Anyone been to or know of anyone who has been for a session(s) of this?

Mainly this...

Body Stress Release, or BSR, is a unique complementary health technique which assists the body in restoring its in-built ability to heal and maintain itself.

If you drop the 'R' from BSR...

massage with a funky name.... but no mention of being qualified in massage therapy.

i might have to become a practitioner in this magical art, in fact... i've decided i'm going to start my own therapy called:

TBAMR

Total Body and Mind Relaxation.

sessions cost only 55pounds for a 28minute session that will consist of relaxing death metal interspersed with the sound of babies laughing to trick your mind into relaxing whilst i rub whatever part of your body i find the most erotic to relieve your stress. a quick Aura wash then you're good to go ๐Ÿ™‚

for a long time i considered training in massage therapy and grabbing a quick counselling qualification (dont really need one as a psych nurse i suppose) to set up a specialised service offering such a service... it's something i might do in the future, if i do you'll be first on my list 8)

don't listen to this lot. I can do this in a non-contact way.

As soon as your money reaches me (Paypal gift only) the benefits will be transmitted to you through the crystal matrix

i hope you're running the latest update of the crystal matrix mike or your customers are missing out on 7-12% of the healings through positive energy loss in the atmosphere. customers who can't afford to upgrade should be advised to drink green tea to enhance their reception.

Mike is trying to con you with his crystals.

I've developed a new form of self-reiki. Essentially, you sleep at night and wake up feeling better... I need money before I transmit the details to you via energy channels.

seriously though... just grab a massage somewhere ๐Ÿ™‚

then have a hot bath afterwards, lots of water to flush your system and then go to bed

I've just had a chat with my Reiki power animal (chaffinch), and it assures me that this self-reiki is nothing but a scam. Plus, it notes, bird seed is cheaper than cash.

Any basis for not being cynical?

The burden of proof lies with the people selling this 'treatment.' Taking a stance that it works unless we can prove otherwise is somewhat, ah, short-sighted shall we say.
