I'm having some lovley duck breasts for dinner tonight, fried in a little chilli, ginger, garlic, lime juice and soy. Noodles and a little spring onion/tomato salad.

Duck is delicious. Had roast duck for Xmas dinner. Made a lovely stir-fry with the remains, and a nice soup from the carcass. Mmmm. Much nicer than bloody turkey.

He's a wakeboarder, most of them are children with a limited attention span. They usually get excited at the basics, but keeping their attention beyond that, the more indepth stuff, is difficult. 😉

We had goose for Christmas, also much nicer than turkey and great breasts on it too. 😉

Goose is nice too, but a bit big for just me and me mum! We figured that a duck is an appropriate smaller option, and still 'traditional'.
