Just done my first lesson of Rickay Hatton's boxfit, and it's an absolute blast, shit day at work, beat hell out of some sparring pads.

I go to boxing training 3 times a week and have been doing the sport on and off for 5 years. The odd bit of sparring but mostly pad work and cardio. Amazingly good exercise, nothing better for keeping your body fit and mind healthy, and you are learning a skill, and as you said it is actually FUN... unlike going to the gym! Keep it up.
Wish the gym doing it would run a class more than once a week.
Join a local boxing club. Most run training only classes and are not full contact.
Ah, I used to do this 3 hrs a week. A 2hr and a 1hr session. Never been as fit!
Was probably 20 years ago now ๐
I started boxing at Christmas and it's the best thing I've ever done, gyms moved location and been shut for a month, can't wait to get back to it!
