Lookign at gettinfg a 500w heater just to warm up our medium sized bedroom (we have a log burner in the apartment)
what is best convector or oil? or something else thats as cheap. Has to be 500w as we only have 2.5KW of electricity supply.

Convectors always seem to light and flimsy to properly heat.
On the basis of weighter = more serious = heats better, oil gets my vote!
