Blurred vision from impact

Got a footbal straight in the eye last night
Couldn't see out of that eye
This morning I can see but vision is blurred
Any point going to the docs yet or just assume it will gradually get better?

Yes I know eyes are precious etc.

eyes and brains are precious go to DR or ring nhs divert,now
