Looking on Amazon there are loads of highly rated Bluetooth headphones for £20-30 but are they any good? In an ideal world of go to Richer Sounds and try some but I'm trying to avoid spending money I don't have. Mostly for listening to guitar based music, Neil Young etc on my phone.

I got some of theses for a tenner more, they sound great.
I've got a few pairs of Anker Bluetooth headphones and have had no issues with them at all. All from Amazon, and all surprisingly good for the spend.
Anker Soundbuds here. Most comfortable and secure I've used. Only issue for me is when I run the air whistles around them, but I don't run with headphones so not an issue. Use mine in the gym.
i have some of the ankers and just don't find them a very good fit. when i have them shoved in they give an ok sound, but they work their way out after a while. i'll go back to my seinheiser (sp?) old school in ears ones when i can find them...
They come with four different ear plugs and two different rubber hooks to choose from. For me, the larger plugs are so secure they are a little difficult to actually get out. But still dead comfy. Every other in-ear setup I've used has hurt my ears after a while.
I was thinking more about on ear, I use in ear all day when working.
In typical STW fashion I'll recommend what I have which in this case is a set of TaoTronic ear buds for Amazon for the princely sum of £20. They have a nice clear sound, don't fall out when I'm running and pretty please with them all round.
Decent reviews on these
That's the thing though, there's no shortage of headphones with good reviews. My son's Sony headphones get 4 stars on Amazon but I prefer my much cheaper Sony in ear jobs. Think I might have go and test some and be prepared to spend more.
Sound peats are amazing value.
Up until those id had the very expensive jabras which have all broken.
Actually I was a bit hasty, having tried my son's headphones and playing around with the settings on the phone the sound is much improved.
Taotronics as per stayhigh. Really good piece of kit
I've been using these Anker ones from Amazon for a few months now.

They're fantastic for what they cost.
Taotronics +1
I've had some Mpow Cheetahs for about a year.. bloody great and a single charge seems to last ages.
I’m on my third pair of taotronics after the first two both randomly stopped charging after a couple of months. Only stuck with them because they’ve sent me replacements for free, but it’s a hassle.
I'm on creative outlier at £27 direct from creative but regularly can get deals on them.
Good for music and calls and a simple design that seems to work well for me at least.
