606 love it !

Letting the title slip last year is looking all the more catastrophic.

Try listening to that prat Adrain Durham on TalkSport, he really gets the Arsenal fans going.

*Or don't bother as it's a horrid experience

606 love it !

The moments when you can almost hear the non-player presenter quietly crying inside that their career has led them to this point are radio gold.

Another absolutely shambolic defensive display. We're shambolic at the back too, but at least we've got the excuse that all our first choice (and most of our second choice) defenders are out injured. Thankfully our keeper is somewhat less butter-fingered. And you've got Glen Johnson ๐Ÿ˜†

Good to see the same heady mix of misplaced optimism and complacency in effect as last season though. i.e.: "Its still in our hands. All we've got to do is beat Basal" has got the same familiar ring to it as "Its still in our hands. All we've got to do is beat Palace", at the end of last season

Watched the match with a scouse mate last night. Word is that Rodgers has 3 weeks to turn it around, or the fat Spanish waiter's back

Liverpool would be ok if there was ever any end result from Sterlings 'Trademark Darting Runs' (copyright: Andy Townsend). He couldn't hit a cows arse with a banjo, and every other Liverpool player is left lolloping along about 30 yards behind him

Hard to see Liberpool getting a result. Basel look much the better team.

Has Brendan lost the dressing room, to coin a footballing cliche? They're awful and seem complete bereft of confidence. Chops and changes the side every game - I don't think he knows his best side. Not sure how Allen gets in ahead of Coutinho, Enrique and Johnson ahead of anyone.....

All been decent goals. Guess we, like Dortmund, are just focusing on the CL ๐Ÿ˜ณ

1-0 - https://vine.co/v/OrxOlEJXvQm

I think Gary Neville was right when he said the ManU - Liverpool game would resemble a pub league match!

On this showing I'd fancy ManU.....and they are crap!

Well Liverpool are walking alone right now, all I can hear is the Swiss section of the crowd

@Jamie first one is well struck but goalie will be dissapointed with both of those

United will dish it out, 4 or 5 nil. Liverpool won't threaten even United's dodgy defence and their forwards are a little better than Lambert ๐Ÿ™‚

Bloody hell Liverpool indeed!
Have I gone back in time?
Is Gerard Houlier still in charge?
Deary goodness , my Grandad will be turning in his grave.
Haven't seen them play a worse 45 min in years.

I think the keepers hands would have come off if he had tried to save it.

Podolski can hit a ball.

United's defence is ropey as **** because all the first choice are out injured. This is the best Liverpool have got. And anyway.... We play Kevin Keegan football nowadays. ๐Ÿ˜†

its a poor indication of the EPL that we are third tbh playing like this Three midfielders in our defence last outing.

Hopefully we can get a bit more luck with injuries and push on now to erm third

As a Bournemouth fan here, are Liverpool fans worried about next week? I can't wait for it but in concerned it won't really be a giant killing

Do I want him to go. Hmmm. Very tricky question for me. I still believe given the right players he can do well. However he has bought many wrong players and he has to accept his part in that.
The football they are playing has to be in some way his responsibility too.

Not sure.

Cup treble Binners - Europa League, FA Cup and the League Cup (remember it?!). Mind you, Bournemouth will probably scupper it.
