A bottle of black sheep and a croissant is breakfast - I am at the airport though, Spain and the mountains await! Just navigated the hell that is the 'shopping experience' that is the departure lounge...

Currently on a rest day here in the mountains with Ciclo Montana, good job really as its raining and I've damaged my hamstring! Fantastic riding here and I'm sore but having a great time - will definitely. return.
