What a spectacle yesterday! Two male blackbirds brawling in the street and they were really going at it hammer & tong, it was serious and noisy. They even got airborne attacking each other. It did eventually quieten down although wondered whether I should intervene. In the hedge opposite is where blackbirds have been nesting along with some blue tits. Perhaps one was an intruder, who knows.
