get so expensive 😯

Sold a bike, 150 miles from me.

To insure it and post it is more than the cost of fuel for me to drive it there!

Anyway, I'm off for a drive tomorrow 🙂

How much then? I know Paisely Freight is £35 with insurance up to £1k.

Who did you try? There are a load of couriers now who'll give you a specific quote for a bike. Much cheaper that way.

Insured for what I sold it for, best quote £80!

Charged £40 for postage, that's what it will cost me in diesel - so not lost anything but an afternoon on the m25 😥

Cheers guys!

Paisley are cheapest, but still nearly £50 insured!

Note to self - next time I sell a bike, check out postage costs first 🙂
