Don't know if this has been posted before.
The guy in the film does have a point, but I feel he invalidates it by being a dullard and not wearing a helmet for most of the video.
It is worth a watch.

not a legal requirment you know, tho if I was intentionally throwing myself off my bike I'd damn sure I would choose to wear one.not wearing a helmet for most of the video
