Hi there.

I`m planning on flying to Barcelona and want to take my bike.

Can anyone recommend a bike bag for such travell, what I should be looking for and a reasonable price to pay.

Many thanks.

I got an Avenir from Merlin (£50) which I lined with a cut up bike box with bubble wrap etc. Done the job admirably.

The plane will need to really fold it's wings to fit in a bike bag!

Guess it depends what your bike is worth or how much you'll use it but I really rate our evoc bags.

CRC's Evoc copy - I bought one and seems pretty good. Going to add a bit of bubble wrap and cardboard buts that mainly for my piece of mind.

I've got a Polaris Bikepod, used it a few times. Light and protects your bike well. Paid about £175 last year.
