I do hope they report back that there's no Apollo landing marks or tyre tracks up there at all.

The septics made it all up

Perhaps they could open a takeaway then Richard Branson's space tourists could have a stop off point.

Maybe the chinese can prove conclusively that the Americans never went to the moon?

Yeah, the Chinese have no reputation for faking stuff at all.

Perhaps they could open a takeaway...

Think of the moonosodium glutamate.

The US is absolutely bricking it regarding China, but it isn't because they have landed a robot on the moon!

If you were the person remotely controlling the buggy and you happen to get that American flag in your sight's how tempting to would it be to just knock it down .

Sorry meant to turn right but my hand slipped.

Imagine weightless MTBing on the moon after a few pints and a round of crispy duck .
The only question is which type of bike to use?

China has the long term vision and funding to see to it that they gain dominance in space during the 21st and 22nd century.

Want to mine Helium-3 during 2078? You will have to pay the Chinese.

Well, if the Russians couldn't prove the Americans faked it, then it must have happened, 'cos lets face it, they had a vested interest in showing up the Americans.
And every argument that the conspiracy loonies (see what I did there?) have raised has been comprehensively ripped to shreds by people who actually know shit.

How do we know the Chinese aren't faking it?

Because NASA are/were worried about the resultant propellant in the moons orbit messing with one of their own projects.

These days the radar and telescopes available would show it had been faked. And it's not that difficult to do.
Mars is, because it has an atmosphere.

It's the missing parts when it finally arrives that's the problem...

Globalti: septic is short for septic tank which is rhyming slang for Yank.

Of course most Americans are not Yanks...

A while back a Japanese low orbit satellite took some good images of the Apollo landing sites. Rover tracks all over the place and the LM legs still in perfect condition.

If NASA faked the moon landings why haven't they faked a second great achievement? Instead we've just had 40 years of mediocrity!

Before you know it the fat bike brigade will be along claiming that they bought one on the off chance that they'll be able to ride on the moon

Not that I thought that fat bikes were great idea looking for a riding surface

The new Gaia 'scope that's just been put up could, allegedly, see an object the size of a coin on the moon, so maybe they could take some hi-res shots of those landing sites.
Of course, any photo will be a 'shopped fake, according to the nutters.
