Looking to switch the Kangoo for something bigger (Vito / Trafic / something like that).

Where's the best place to look for them?

Autotrader? Local dealers? eBay? Owner forums? Facebook?

Pros and cons please.

If new, check out happynewvans website for best discounts and use this to barter with local dealer if needed. If used, yes places you list, obviously research sold prices for age/mileage, read reviews on models, view first and take someone who knows their stuff with you if unsure yourself.
Cheers

I found mine on Van Trader, private sale rather than dealer.

Still paid VAT but the price was so much lower than what dealers were asking, that it was still a bargain.

Plenty on eBay too, but Van Trader seems to be the main marketplace. Assuming you mean secondhand of course.

There's a fella out Chorley way who seems decent. He only deals in Traffics, I think.

Bought my vito from Claremont car & commercial, a small dealership in Chatham, Kent.
Ex-lease vehicle, 3 years old at the time with 136000 miles.
I've put on over 30000 miles and I love it!
I've had to put a few things right, new injectors window regulator and window switch.
I have it serviced annually and it still pulls like a train, it's not bad on diesel either £70 will do 500 miles easily unless you're in a rush.
I'll definitely get another but with aircon.
Get deadlocks fitted as soon as you can but that goes for any van.

Out of interest, what was the Kangoo like?
I'm looking for a small van and have no idea what to get?

We got our new (at the time!) van from here http://www.harpendenvans.com/showroom?desc=1&vehtype=van they also do used vans. No fuss, easy to deal with and did us a good deal (no idea what their used prices are like).

I quite like it (mines an old 04 model but I bought it ex-British Gas 2 years ago with only 35k on the clock). The 1.5dci engine isn't the strongest and sounds a bit industrial, but it does a good job anyway - happy to cruise (noisily) at the speed limit and gives around 45mpg mixed driving.

Can fit 3 bikes in the back diagonally with both wheels on - plenty of room around them for kit and tools, etc.

Would run it into the ground quite happily, but want something we can fit a rock and roll bed into.
