Turns out i used some other outfit last time, P4D who were a shower of rubbish.
£10 via Parcelforce.
Have used Paisley in the past for large full bikes and super pleased but, as this box was a tad smaller (frame only) Parcel2Go was best option.
if it's for a frame and less than 120cm long you'll have a choice of yodel or parcelforce for under a tenner with parcel2go.
