Mrs is suffering with her knee after running. Going to start with ice and elevate. Currently using ice in a tea towel but its a bit harsh on the skin. Any recommendations for reusable ice packs?

I got these, but can't remember if I got them from eBay or not. Good to use though.

Bag of peas is my go-to for that sort of thing.

Frozen ones, that is.

Peas or corn.

Nothing else is as conformable, as cheap or as eatable.

Looks like it could be required regular tho, peas may become a bit pricey. She's ran 13 miles today and is feeling it in her gammy knee. Am I right to advise ice and elevate?

Just buy one bag and only eat when she's better.
