Any model makers know which type of glue is best to fix Polyurethane Resin that has dropped on the floor and cracked?

Something like Gorilla glue is good for PU but depends if you are talking about a clear PU resin piece. If you are then I think there is a clear Gorilla glue but I have never used it. Apply a few small blobs of glue, spray both surfaces with a water mist and then clamp together firmly - tape is often good for this.

Superglue is good for PU, but it's always situational- what will it be exposed to in future,can it be seen, etc.

Cheers, just crack that I'm going to paint over and finish. Was wary of leaving a sticky mess if it failed to stick. I have no idea when it comes to plastics outside of Airfix and plastic cement.
