Not directly - heard lots of people saying what they've apparently read/heard, but my echo chamber seems remarkably sane.
The US Govt/military were studying Corona virus bird flu/SARS/eboli etc For what purpose? one can guess. When Obama came into power he wanted it off US soil so it ended up in Wuhan somehow. It's known there is a big research facility standing there today. One of the head Chinese scientists at Wuhan spent several years studying Corona at a US university.
The virus got out somehow. If by accident then iiwii. If on purpose then it is a Chinese govt attempt at a NWO. It will cost the CCP xx thousand lives - mainly elderly chain smoking males at the bottom end of the social scale. Worth it compared to how much it will weaken the rest of the world.
The virus was engineered. Hence why it spreads so easily,has been fairly resistant to existing drugs, mutates quickly and has such a very diverse range of short term and long term effects. It may not have been the final design - more a work in progress and therefore the scientists didn't have a cure/Vax at hand when it got out.
And the rubbish UK/US response? The CCP just got lucky with that one.

I like the divergent Schrödinger’s Trumpian theory, ie it’s a both a ‘plandemic’ not even real but invented by the BBC, yet also a very real manufactured biological weapon from someplace named ‘Chy-nAH!’. Also the Left Wing Commulist Cultural Warriors in league with the World Health Organisation are trying to turn normal patriotic folk into compliant ‘globalists’ by bullying them into 1. wearing facemasks and 2. into spelling things correctly. The Pfizer vaccine was developed and endorsed by Trump with Trump’s money, while ALSO being a mind-control chip/implant invented by Bill Gates who goes to parties with shadowy Jews and drinks children’s blood. Once the microchip is injected into all of us ‘sheep’ then Marxinist World Domination is as easy as reboot of Windows 2021. This will be uploaded to our brains by 5G sometime around the end of this year, once Nigel Farage Bill Gates has all of the over-70s in his control.
The NHS are also in on it. So, you know, the hospitals are actually empty, and nurses are doing the conga and drinking while we are all kept in the dark and at home by our commulist overlords who control us through, yes, the BBC, BLM, LGBGT, the EU, NATO, the WEF, Jacinda Ardern and Justin Trudeau.

The problem I have with the conspiracy theories is that they only concern themselves with the 'what' and never the 'why'. OK, so they're using covid vaccines as a means of sterilising the population are they?. Well explain then, given all these billionaires are rich in the first place is off the back of the population buying their stuff, why would they want fewer people?

Recently my neighbour told me China invented the virus to control its population and kill off a lot of old people.
I expressed surprised and suggested if China wanted to kill if its old people it wouldn't bother with a virus but apparently that's why we have it.

On FB - littered with spelling mistakes, the ones i have read are always from the lower educated (and i don't mean that nastily) and have ZERO experience in the field they are vehemently commentating on!
I've given this up now, but when i used to argue with them, i asked that if they are indeed in possession of all this privileged / classified knowledge / facts what are they going to do about it? If they are so convinced that:
Covid -> 5g -> Vaccine -> Human Control -> Depopulation -> Humans to morph into machines
is a thing, other than sharing memes on FB what exactly are they doing about it? Silence! 🙂

I met with a friend the other day and was completely thrown off balance to learn she has gone right down the conspiracy theory rabbit hole. Clever/smart/intelligent girl, mid 30s, good up-bringing. Recently involved in XR demonstrations and moved to Glastonbury.. etc so I guess there is quite strong undercurrents coming from that direction. The one that shocked me was when we got to talking about how nice it was in Wales without the constant sound of aeroplanes during lockdown.
This is a big problem in London apparently as they have been unable to send up the planes they use to spray the city with the chemicals they use to keep everyone compliant!

While out walking the dog on Sunday I bumped into a neighbour. He said according to that horrible hate mouth piece hopkins (youtube) only 500 deaths over the age 80.. I was so taken aback I had to run home to check the NHS stats. My faith restored is science I went back and told him he was talking bullshit and he should do better and check the facts before saying such crap.
The NHS even make the stats available for download.
Anyway as of December 20th, Over 25000 deaths in the 80age group and above, not much less in the 70 - 80 age group nearly 20000 in the 60-70 & 15000 in my age group 50-60...

The most plausible one I've heard so far is that it was intentionaly released (by some secret power/agency) to see how ready the world/economy was to cope with a more serious pandemic, which is theroeticaly a matter of time, think ebola but with the transmitability of the common cold. maybe as a weapon of war or maybe as some crack-pot social experiment.
