Isn't really one thread in particular to attach this to, so thought I'd start one.
Not all the answers are here yet, as many know, BUT there are also lots of answers and the page has now had an overhaul and is much easier to navigate (ignore the Universal Credit URL, it covers much more)

Most local Citizens Advice (and probably most other advice agencies) are providing advice on benefits, employment etc through the Covid-19 crisis with volunteer advisors and case workers working from home to maintain the service.
