[#12628610]

I've never been into the whole health tech thing. But with long COVID my resting heart rate seems to range from 55 to 95, for no apparent reason.

So I was wondering if a Fitbit type thing might help me figure it out, like a graph of a whole day or week might show some patterns. And I think doing it in excel or at least on a big screen would make that easier!

I'm not really bothered about tracking 'workouts' as such - doubt I'll be doing any in the next months or year. So I don't want to spend big.

Does this look like it would do the job?

Hmm, I'm just seeing a big blank space there. It was a Xiaomi mi band 7.

Having gone through a few tries at smart wrist things, the Garmin Vivoactive 3 can be picked up for quite a small amount of money and does what you need.

Thanks, looks like they can be had for about £40 on eBay. I'll give one a go!

That or an Instinct for about the same price. Marginally less smart features, but the battery lasts forever. I charge mine for 5min while I'm in the shower once or twice a week and it never drops below 80%.
