It's not accepting my log in details and neither is it accepting the missus' log in details either.
It makes me slightly suspicious!

Forgot to mention, the web portal - I'm able to get in to the app fine

Just logged in via the web, using iPhone app's mobile sentry, and worked fine.
You accessing over via https://bank.barclays.co.uk/ and your browser is showing the site has all the right certificates?
