So the strap on my Goat leather satchel STW recommendation broke.

Well it is made of anti ballistic material and contains a personal chip so it can be identified and returned from anywhere in the world.
But I digress. Yes I'd like to get my strap repaired. The end metal bit has failed - the clip pulled away from the retainer on the strap - but where does one go for this?
You broke your strap on?
Can't you call the OEM? They may seek you what you need sonyou can get it fixed locally. They may even send it for nuffin.
Find a 'traditional' shoe repairer; they're pretty good with small fiddly repairs to luggage etc.
Timpsons is not your friend.
As for new, check the Case luggage website.

Samsonite ? This bag is £80. I like Tumi but won’t pay their prices for a bag that’s going to get chucked around on the train or strapped to a Boris bike.
