Played a league match last night and got stuffed. Hand up no excuses took a whooping. The thing that really threw me was that we played with plastics 😯 I havent played with plastics for about 10 years. Anyone else had this happen.
I guess I am using it as an excuse but it was like playing tennis with a cricket ball.
Yes- feather shuttles are much slower than placcy ones.
Its like riding a challenging trail- do it faster than youre used to and you'll be on your RS.

Depends what speed of feather shuttles you've been playing with. Go from slow ones to fast plastics and you'll notice a huge difference.
