MY daughter was born on the 25th December, means she gets 2 birthdays, party tomorrow.

Take lots of photos and videos - it's astounding how quickly they elongate 🙂

Freshness aside.. Best results come from competition within your swimming army... You've got to make them think that on a primal level, they are competing to get there first. As I understand it.. Wow congratulations!

I've found that eating nuts, helps produce a lot of magic juice in shortest times. Certainly cheaper option than feeding on prawns and squids.

Then it's banging time. Woohoo!
