[#5606420]

I have just amended some clients drawings and I need to print them out as A1 pdf's. My printer is only A4.
AutoCAD Mac doesn't have a plotter manager.
Is there a way of creating a 'virtual' printer to produce larger format pdf's of drawings?
I tried downloading HP drivers but they won't install unless you have the actual printer attached.

Thanks

J

Do you have 'DWG to PDF' plotter? If not you should be able to download from Autodesk website.

Don't PDFs scale for the printer you're using? Especially from vector graphics.
Send them the PDF and they can print from that.

Sorted. Simpler than that. Did Print - Paper Size - Manage Custom Sizes then created an A1 sheet size for my A4 printer.

If you are printing to PDF does it even matter what physical printer you have connected?

As above. Turns out it doesn't but you still have to choose a printer then a paper size.
