We are going to be in Hebden Bridge over the weekend of 7/8th August and would love to help plant some trees to celebrate my in-laws' golden wedding anniversary. We would obviously be happy to pay/make a donation. There will be eight of us ranging in age from 8 to 78 (!) but all pretty mobile and willing to get stuck in.
It's a bit of a long shot but it would be great if we could get something organised - anyone know of anything in the locale that we could speak to ? TIA.

Not tree planting time of year, but worth contacting slow the flow or the national trust or treesponsibility. I'll pm you contact details later this morning.

You are past the proper tree planting time and most larger landowners wouldn't be planning much now.
