A spot of green tea, rather nice stuff I brought back from China.

With a touch of the old Tate & Lyle Golden Syrup cake.

Smashing.

As wife is out at a work leaving do and daughter has gone over the road to her friends for tea I'm having one of those meals nobody else likes in our house.

Bacon, Liver and onions in a rich gravy with mushrooms and steamed veg. All hand made by my good self.

oh, in some Northern places Tea = dinner. I don't normally eat liver and onions as a snack.

Pre-ride: cup of lapsang souchong and an Eccles cake (does this count as tea?)

Go biking 🙂

Post-ride: pasta with cherry tomatoes, pesto and peppers, followed by apple and blackberry crumble.

Is it better to have custardor icecream with the crumble???

Breakfast time for me so I just had a bowl of fibre-1 and a horrible instant coffee. Dinner may be either sushi or a burrito, I haven't decided yet 🙂
