We think the dog has eaten something in the garden that's made him ill, I know naff-all about plants so was hoping someone could help to identify if any of the plans pictured are poisonous (if so we'll remove it):

This is a tree with small red berries which were all over the lawn (I've picked up what I can but there are still some in the grass)
Sorry for crappy pictures. Thanks.

My ex colleague is ace with this sort of thing at The Wildlife Trust he's know them all by site I'll send him a link to the page but in the meantime the dogstrust link gives a list

Thanks both, I've already looked at the dogs trust list, but I'm having trouble identifying what plants we've got so I don't know if they are on the list! Does anyone know of a a list (like the dogs trust one), but with pics?
The Ivy? But if it's caused a reaction, the dog is unlikely to make the same mistake twice. If it does, Shoot/Train the dog to "leave it!"
The ivy is worth removing anyway just for its invasion factor. It can be pretty toxic even wearing gloves and a mask. Do it when the soil is damp. I removed dry ivy once with the above precautions and felt pretty nauseated afterwards.
The lambs ears and ferns are probably innocent.
Red berries another candidate.
