Missed a class, fairly new one, really cheap too.
Primitive. Self made bow. Arrows must be wooden with self cut nock's no glue on plastic string nocks.
So knock up a dozen arrows for about £40, get a bow string about £10 then find a nice stick £free and off you go.
Found an account of a chap doing just this for the Primitive class at last years NFAS champs. He turns up with arrows and a string, signs in, wanders off into the woods, finds a nice lump of wood/stick/branch bit of whittling and he shot all weekend and had immense fun......did crap.....but enjoyed himself.
Might try that meself 🙂
