[#1130863]

Coming up in the next 10 days i have my brother and young nephew coming over from Greece for a bit, sis coming over xmas day for dinner, several parties to go too and have finally managed to secure some tickets to to go see Arsenal at the Emirates this saturday....

....and yet....and yet, all i can think of is my driving test on the 21st!

I know in the grand scheme of things, such as illness or bereavement, its not a massive issue but it is certainly clouding my festive horizons!

i'd wait until you fail, then worry about it - 'if' you fail...

Wife's brother has just died.

And I've just got back from the dentist who's told me that the loose crown I've got, is actually a loose root and it's going to have to come out. ๐Ÿ™

Mother off to see the doc on Weds to see if the problem with her throat is, er, *serious*

In the middle of trying to find a new job, but also hold onto the one I've got

Suffering from varying levels of depression, and today isn't a good day

Got made redundant at the back end of August. No warning, right out of the blue. Had a real rollercoaster of emotions over the last few months, most of them negative.

Just found out I have a tumor in my neck which is pressing on the nerve's for my left shoulder which is causing me a lot of pain. Will have to have part of spinal column removed which will mean having 4 months off work & off the bike.

Aunty had a big stroke, contracted pneumonia a couple of weeks ago, waiting the inevitable.

Sister-in-law been through chemo, radiotherapy, now given 12 months. Although we think it's going to be sooner as she seems to have lost the will to fight.

Jay-zeus! Perhaps that person who posted a few days ago whining about being bored at home will read this and appreciate what they have.

The dog.

Anyone want it? (it's for life, not just for Christmas)

Been constantly ill for the last 3 months - thought I was getting better but have again spent most the last week in bed, slowly going insane.

My brother-in-law is having that operation today. I'll spare you the details....
