How terrible is it? Signal wise/customer service wise/texts getting through etc. etc.

I was, not any more. I only changed though because they don't do iPhones. Apart from that they were fine, never had a problem with the phone service.

I am - being a virginmedia customer they offered me a good deal, so I took it. The signal is great except when I'm at home (bloody awful), so I'll be changing as soon as my contract's up. Customer service is ok (they agreed to let me out of the contract after 6/12 months). Call costs, web, texts etc pretty good

Orange personal phone for the last 14 yrs, in that time theyve had their moments, I refuse to talk to anyone in the out of town call centres as it's painful, get on to the Geordie lot and things are sorted straight away. My business phone has gone thro the rest and is currently back with orange, no complaints other than the 3G is sketchy at times!!

I'm a Virgin user, had a lot of problems with the signal strength at my work, which to be fair is in the middle of a valley in the middle of nowhere! 😆
Since they hooked up with Orange though the signal has been much better. 😀

All good here. They use T-Mobile and Orange coverage and it's pretty rare for me to not get a good signal.

Terrible customer service from my experience, takes ages to talk to the right person who is then often useless....
