I have to say, it has 'unreasuring' written all over it.
I'm starting to get in the habit of googling the site and "review" before i order. I learnt this after googling "waterstones.com" and review [i]after[/i] I'd ordered. Nothing dodgy about Waterstones' online service just totally out of step with anything you'd expect from an online seller, and nowhere near up to snuff.

Funny enough... I think that is where I bought my Jura from. It certainly came from Italy and was nice and cheap too 🙂 Took a wee while to arrive but everything has been fine. Came with a Euro plug on it with an adapter mind.
did you pay in GBP or Euro's? There seem to be a few complaints about being charged Euros and incurring a transaction fee.
