As above really.....reliable, trustworthy? Always sceptical with overseas shops and wonder if its worth the potential headaches.
Just after a bit of feedback on these guys.

bought xt groupset from them and other bits and bobs from CRC on same day, groupset arrived before stuff from CRC.
no complaints here and have used them since.
Pluses - quicker than crc, in stock means just that, ...
Minuses- VAT doesnt go to HMRC. Royal Mail / Parcel force dont get to handle your stuff. If you change your mind the return cost is higher.
Overall - gets delivered inside a week - Talk to a real person on the phone (in English) if there is a problem, all in all - CRC et al have a viable competitor.

Bit late but i'll add my tuppence.
I bought some brakes from them Tuesday afternoon and they've just turned up now, an impressive 3 days later. I would certainly use them again.
No sweets though 😥
