as the title really,  if anyone has what did it cost? I don’t mind if it takes a couple of weeks.

Yes could take it with me on plane plane but just checking out alternatives.

Depending on who you fly with, could be cheaper/less risky to take it with you.

Much less hassle to fly with it...

customs declarations commercial invoices will all be needed to ship. Insurance will probably be expensive too

Flew with my bike to USA (MAN-SFO) Thomas Cook and took our bikes. £60 added to luggage.

Zero issues.

I've had a back exported from the USA to the UK and freight was about $100 (+fees) - but I reckon they had a deal with Fedex.

I fedexed one for a friend out there, was about £70 IIRC.

FedEx eh, thank you. Will look into that.

Senditnow parcel2go or parcelmonkey will almost certainly be the cheapest route, even if you end up using FedEx.  Looked at FedEx to ship a bike, FedEx website quoted £200 iirc, parcel2go quoted £67 fedexed.

Used Sherpr to get mine to France using FedEx. Cheaper than booking direct.
