[#1562081]

Seatpost has stuck/rusted/oxidised into my frame (alloy post, steel frame). Hasn't bothered me while I'm riding it as I ride with the post up all the time.

But now want to try a new frame, anyone want to lend me a hand and the use of their workshop to get it out?

I'm going to attack it with plumbing grips tonight but suspect that won't be enough.

I was hopeing that people would think that, look in the thread and offer to help as there were here, but yes, jokes about Oxord Road are perfectly valid as well. 😀

To be fair, if you get really stuck, I'm in Farnborough and I've got a decent vice.... But in 1 hour I'm off on holiday for 2 weeks.....

Offer's there though! 🙂
