I hear they have changed the allowances, oh well it was too good to last. I can't find anything on their website so have sent an email.
Might have to borrow my sister's shed bike and thrash it to death.
(anybody live in Wellington, less than 155cm tall and want to lend me a bike at christmas ?)
Not flown recently, but 3 1/2 years ago I wasnt charge anything to fly from YVR.
One thing to remember is clean your bike like you have never cleaned it before, they wont allow any foreign dirt in. I nearly missed my transfer to Christchurch while they jetwashed my bike with Dettol.
It's now 1 or 2 x 23kg depending on ticket. Gold, gold elite and koru you get an extra 23kg. Not lenient any more sadly but I can get my hard case and a bag through on 2 x 23kg. This was from 2 weeks ago. Am in wgtn but all bikes too big sorry
