Check their website, theyve gone bust, http://www.lowcostholidays.com/ and a lot of people 110,00 have already booked and want have a holiday sadly.
Sad for people who won't get holiday. They are based in Spain so not ABTA registered afaik.
Not surprised though, they were absolutely useless last year. Their supplier hadn't been paying their bills so our confirmed booking wasn't actually confirmed.
We got screwed over and the compensation was laughable.

Used them when a group of us went to San Francisco and Vegas. They got both hotel bookings wrong and we had to pay supplements in SF. Never did get that money back.
Used them in May, and had an email from them today which had me looking for September. Phew!
First of many victims of the Exchange rate shock caused by Brexit - probably hadn't bothered hedging, so were 10-15% down overnight. Only made a minuscule profit last years, so I suspect the £ devaluation killed their cash flow.
Yup - got our 10 day break in Sept booked through them, going to ring the accommodation and see if they've paid them up front or not. Everything else should be covered through the credit card anyway, hopefully.
