ie would like either a Memory map 2800 gps or a Garmin Oregeon/Dakota to try with my MM software and see if it looks worth it over my existing Extrex.

I,ve owned the 2800 since its release, still have the etrex venture hc but prefer the 2800, os mapping on screen, very accurate and very reliable. I,ve covered over a 1000 mlies without so much as a hitch. Takes a bit of effort to understand it, but i,m 50 and not really a computer geek and had no problems at all.If you have memorymap map products this will be just the unit for you, though do check your maps are the right version.
