For the next 2 weeks ill be working and living near Lewes, east Sussex.
I took my road bike this week to explore Brighton but sod doing that again as it was lethal for a countryside dweller like me. I've found a link to the South Downs way very close by but would like to see if there's anything else worth looking at nearby.
Any club/shop rides I can tag on to?

Plenty of stuff round Lewes, South Downs Way etc, Friston Forest is a boggy mess and I suspect Stanmer Woods will be the same.
Train to Eastbourne then take SDW back to Lewes.
