Is that a big divot out of grass mound in lower right image?

If so, the full dukes of hazard.

What's obviously happened, is that the mini driver is minding their own business and gently pulling off of the roof when the focus has slammed on their brakes for no reason aside from a dodgy whiplash claim. Insurance fraud, pure and simple.

Estate parked lengthways. Mini Muppet hits divoty ramp at speed and hits side of estate car and spins it 90 degree. then proceeds to perform various gymnastic maneuvers before dismounting ungracefully. Impressive!

The house collided with the vehicles after appearing suddenly in the path of both cars, the dwelling was not wearing hi-viz or a helmet. Houses do not pay road tax or have third-party insurance for road-traffic collisions, and also pay no attention to traffic lights.

There may possibly have been sentient humans behind the steering wheels, but you'd not know it from the useless hack write-ups that accompanies these kind of pictures, god forbid we apportion agency, let alone blame, to someone in charge of a mobile two-ton metal box.
