Had a hip arthroscopy 10 days ago, been doing my physio but just got round to reading the booklet properly and realise I've been doing the ones I'm supposed to only do when fully weight bearing. None of them hurt but I'm a bit worried. Anyone got any advice (other than talk to a pro which I'll do on monday).
